This garden apartment community contains 155 rental homes located in the Cheswolde neighborhood of northwest Baltimore City. The property was purchased in 2005 from out of town ownership which had lost focus on the management and was experiencing vacancy in excess of 20%. As local owners, we recognized the locational and physical attributes of the property and were able to quickly enhance the management and operations to achieve a stabilized occupancy which has been maintained in excess of 95%.
